I've created twitter flow accounts for the MF of the Salmon, and the Wilderness Section of the Rogue.

Again, follow them on twitter and text GET ROGUE FLOW or GET MFFLOW to 40404 and you will be updated with the latest flow in CFS and stage height.
I'm planning on making more of these so if you want to request a river, or provide some feedback please do so.
