Teaching tele has taken up most of my "off-seasons" (though I have to supplement that with alpine for the $$$). Fish, bike and hike in the fall shoulder season, and lately I've taken up disc golf. Seems the snow hasn't come off the peaks when we're…

Hi Arden,
It's really wonderful to hear from you. Janice and I are living in Livingston, MT and we're always looking for people to go boating with. We both have Sotar cats these days and have done quit a bit of boating over the years. This past spring we boated the Lochsa with a Gardiner guide named Sam and Tommy Robertson and his girlfriend. We spend a lot of time in Idaho, I have over 100 runs on the Lochsa, Janice has even more. This year we did a preseason MF Salmon trip, a regular season MF Salmon - Main, spent some time in Yellow Pine on the South Fork Salmon and local runs on the East Fork of the South Fork. We would love to get together with you, from your river list we have lots in common. I work for Stillwater Mining and Janice is a substitute teacher here in Livingston. My email is mkbunker@gmail.com and our home phone is 406 -222- 2451. Really looking forward to hearing from you!
I've forgotten when and why I joined this group, I think I was trying to buy or sell something, but now I'm sure glad I did! Mike
I love my career as a River Guide and am proud that one of my sons is now a second generation guide. I think I can speak for him as well, we have a deep respect for the river and the environment feel privelegded to do what we do and feel a great responsibility to share it in a way that will insure that others will treat it gently and with respect.
